Where is Digital Kids Show London being held?

Digital Kids Show London is being held at Battersea Evolution, a venue set in the grounds of the beautiful Battersea Park in the heart of London. The location is well served by the public transport network (the nearest overground station is Battersea Park just a short stroll away) and by road.

Opening Times

  • Digital Kids Show London will take place on 26th, 27th and 28th of May 2019
  • Morning sessions will commence at 9.30am and end at 1.30pm
  • Afternoon sessions will commence at 2.30pm and end at 6.30pm

How much are tickets?

Can I attend if I don’t have children with me?

Unfortunately not; if you are not with a child or part of a family, this event isn’t for you. Entry is restricted to adults accompanied by at least one child. All children under 14 years muct be accompanied by an adult. Children between 14 to 17 years can attend without an adult, but MUST bring ID to prove their age. Any Adult of 18 year+ must accompany a child as per our Terms & Conditions.

What’s included in the ticket price?

Tickets are ‘All Inclusive’ which means the activities and attractions (including live shows) are included. Any exclusions are clearly marked on the ‘What’s On’ page.

Will we be able to Meet & Greet YouTubers?

Meet & Greets with YouTubers will be subject to time restrictions. We do reserve the right to charge extra for a guaranteed Meet & Greet with a specific YouTuber as per our Terms and Conditions. YouTubers will be revealed closer to the event.

Do I need a ticket for my baby/toddler?

Children under 2 are free to attend, but require a free ticket to enter. If your child is 2 or over, you must purchase a paid ticket.

Do I have to pay an additional booking fee for my ticket?

Yes there is a small additional booking fee per ticket, please check the ticket site for the exact cost.

I’ve bought a ticket but now I can’t make it. Can I have a refund?

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Are there any age restrictions at the show?

The age range for the show is 2-17 but we will have some games (which will be clearly marked) that will only be for 16 years olds and over. The show will not feature any games suitable for over 18 year olds. Parents are advised to guide their family to the areas that are the most appropriate for their family’s age ranges and needs. Around 95 per cent of the shows features are suitable for all age ranges.

Please note, those with very young children should be mindful of the fact some of the theatres will be very loud.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive 30 minutes before your session starts to allow smooth efficient entry.

Is there somewhere to get food?

There will be food outlets for the full duration of the show that will provide hot, cold and alcoholic drinks, as well as hot and cold food. Their are a number of fast food and restaurants within a 5 minute walk of the venue also.
There will be water boiling facilities to warm baby food and pouches but we cannot guarantee the use of a microwave.

Will there be changing facilities for babies and toddlers?

Yes, there will be changing facilities available for babies and toddlers. If you run out, one of our staff members will be happy to provide you with nappy cream, wipes and nappies.

Will there be WIFI available?

Yes there is public WIFI at the event.

Can I take photographs and videos at the event?

Personal photography is permitted but all professional photographers must hold a valid press pass issued by the event organiser. Entry without a child is strictly limited to press only.

How do I get a press pass?

A limited number of press passes will be made available. Please contact info@digitalkidsshow.co.uk for further information. We operate a strict press pass policy which must be adhered to at all time.

Do you have provide any concessions for Carers?

To apply for a carers pass, please note that you will be required to provide either:

  • Disability Living Allowance (DLA);  High Rate Care
  • Personal Independence Payment (PIP); Enhanced Care
  • Attendance Allowance (AA);
  • Deaf or Blind Persons Registration;

Please note that Carer pass applications close on 10th May 2019 at midnight. Unfortunately we are unable to process applications after this time.

Please print off and bring with your tickets to site for show access. Please note that receipt of any other disability or age-related benefits, pass or permit which is not specified in the eligibility criteria cannot be accepted when applying for a carer pass. We will only contact applicants who have been successful for a carers pass and Engage Media Solutions’ decision is final.

Please note that the venue is fully accessible and wheelchair friendly, however there are certain attractions, live music, laughter and noise that means it may not be suitable for all. Please consider your child’s and/or your own comfort before booking tickets.
